Sculptor, engraver, draftsman and painter. His academic training began at the age of 18 at the School of Painting, Sculpture and Engraving “La Esmeralda”. His first solo exhibition took place in 1983 at the National Autonomous University of Mexico.

Since then they have dedicated exhibitions to him at the Carrillo Gil Art Museum, Siqueiros Public Art Hall, Modern Art Museum, National Print Museum and in galleries such as OMR, Khalo Coronel Gallery, A.Negra Gallery, Contemporary Art Gallery, Nina Menocal Gallery, Florencia Riestra Gallery.

As well as in the Museum of Contemporary Art of Oaxaca, Museum of Arts of the University of Guadalajara, University of Guanajuato, Ex convent of Carmen, and Manolo Rivero Gallery in Mérida, Yucatán.
